These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://yantraxlabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Yantrax Labs of Toronto, Canada (the "Studio"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the site

You may browse and use the Site for lawful personal and business purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
• copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site by automated means, except standard search-engine indexing;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Site, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;

The Studio may investigate and take appropriate action against any use that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, branding, design, and code, along with its selection and arrangement, is owned by Yantrax Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without the Studio's prior written permission. "Yantrax", "Yantrax Labs", and the Studio's logos are its trademarks and may not be used without permission.

Your submissions and feedback

When you contact the Studio or submit information through the Site (for example, a message through a form, or ideas about the Studio's work), you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site's forms. If you give the Studio feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant the Studio a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to improve its products and services, with no obligation to you.

The Site, including the Studio's blog, guides, and interactive tools (such as calculators, quizzes, scorecards, and checks), is provided for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Any results, scores, or estimates produced by the Studio's tools are illustrative only, are based on the inputs and assumptions you provide, and are not guarantees of any outcome. The Site may link to, or embed services from, third parties (for example, the Studio's scheduling calendar). Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yantrax Labs, its owners, and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if the Studio has been advised of the possibility. In any event, the Studio's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yantrax Labs, its owners, and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Engagements

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, quote, or commitment to provide services. Any project or engagement with Yantrax Labs is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over any information on the Site.

Results and testimonials

Case studies, statistics, and testimonials on the Site describe specific situations and are provided for illustration. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Privacy

The Studio's collection and use of personal information through the Site is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

The Studio may update these Terms from time to time. When it does, the Studio will revise the date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Suspension and termination

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your place of residence.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Studio regarding the Site. The Studio's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without the Studio's consent; the Studio may assign them to a successor or affiliate.
